第四屆“卓越杯”智能媒體作品大賽征稿啟事
隨著人工智能、大數據等技術應用的快速發展，智能媒體逐漸成為社會的基礎設施和操作系統，也為新聞傳播專業的青年學生提供了施展才華的舞臺🧑🏽🔬。意昂3繼續攜手澎湃新聞、封面傳媒👖，共同打造第四屆上海國際大學生智能媒體節📊，同時繼續依托“卓越杯”智能媒體作品大賽這一平臺，激發廣大學生了解智能媒體的興趣和參與實踐創新的熱情👫🏼，為培養新時代卓越新聞傳播人才創條件、造氛圍、搭平臺。
2022年恰逢黨的二十大勝利召開，期待年輕人以智媒為舞臺🥐，以青春為旋律，致敬青春⏺⏭，勇敢追夢，共同書寫新時代華章💟。因此，第四屆“卓越杯”智能媒體作品大賽將以“致敬青春，閃耀新時代”為主題，聚焦紅色基因、時代力量🤵🏽♀️、青春種子、生命印痕，面向海內外大學生廣泛征集音視頻、圖文🫵、紀實報道和交互新聞等融媒體作品💁🏼♀️，記錄社會發展，匯聚青春力量，講述傳遞時代強音，為慶祝中國共產主義青年團建團百年和迎接黨的二十大獻禮👨🏿🍼。

參賽對象✥🌐：
全國各類高等院校在校全日製本科生、研究生😏🫅🏽、留學生均可參加✳️。
命題單元：
參賽作品必須按照大賽組委會統一指定的命題進行創作，大賽圍繞紅色基因、時代力量、青春種子、生命印痕主題設立四個命題單元。
紅色基因：上海是黨的誕生地和初心始發地，紅色基因深深融入城市的血脈🧑🏽🎓。她是新文化運動的承接地⚧，是中國共產黨的誕生地，早期中央領導機構的所在地、早期工人運動的發祥地，既是思想文化戰線的主陣地🌸，又是隱蔽戰線鬥爭的聚焦地。傳承紅色基因，探訪紅色記憶，講好上海故事🔤，一起感受你眼中的初心始發地🧚🏼。
時代力量🤹🏿♂️：百年風雨兼程🧀，世紀滄桑巨變。在中國共產黨領導下，中國發生了翻天覆地的變化🧑🏿💻。無論在城市還是在鄉村，無論在天南還是在地北，我們的生活越來越美好。身處這樣的時代，我們可以沖破任何困境👠，我們可以永遠充滿希望。記錄和展現新時代下祖國、社會、家鄉👩🏼🎤、群體和個人的發展變化，一起感受這個時代的蓬勃力量。
青春種子：青春是一粒種子。它小小的身軀，卻受得住寒冬的磨礪。它低低的莖稈，卻頂得住巨石的壓力。因為它知道，只要積蓄力量，來年春天它就會沖破土壤，沐浴著陽光生長，綻放出最美的篇章。身邊的青春故事、榜樣力量⛅️，我們一起傳遞青春夢想👩👩👦。也或許你就是青春故事的主角，帶來屬於你的追夢足跡🚣♂️。
生命印痕🩰：生命是人世間最彌足珍貴的禮物。每個人都在用每一分每一秒、每一件事、每一個行動、每一句言語留下自己的生命印痕🩻。在這些深深淺淺的印痕裏🏰，既有波瀾壯闊的生命篇章，亦有平凡人的生命故事。讓我們一起感受和撫摸生命的印痕。
作品類別✤：
1💂🏻♀️、平面類
主要為海報🤘🏽、漫畫💆🏻♂️、攝影作品等形式🗒。
（1）海報作品規格💪，尺寸不限，分辨率為300dpi😴；作品格式：JPEG、PNG、JPG、GIF。
（2）攝影作品須為數碼圖片，圖片格式為JPEG🛅👉🏼、PNG、JPG🐱，圖片文件不小於2M，組照在4至8張以內。
2🔴、音視頻類
主要為動畫作品、短視頻作品🎄、廣播作品。
（1）動畫作品要求：
創作方式及製作軟件不限，時間3分鐘以內，系列作品不得超過3件，成片以swf格式或flv格式上傳。
（2）短視頻作品要求🎭：
作品為紀實類短視頻（1分30秒到8分鐘）🚵🏿♂️，視頻支持橫、豎屏格式🥬，拍攝工具及製作軟件不限，尺寸不限, 畫質要求360P及以上，文件大小不得超過4G。成片以 MP4、MOV🧘🏿♀️、MKV格式上傳。
（3）聲音作品要求：
聲音作品時長不超過3分鐘，以MP3格式提交。
3、報道類
主要為數據新聞💪🏿、圖文報道作品。
（1）數據新聞作品要求：
可以采用圖片🍺、視頻或網頁等載體🙆🏿♂️，主要內容必須從數據中挖掘📛，以數據驅動。圖片格式為JPG、GIF或PNG；視頻解析度不得低於360P😆🙅🏿♀️，視頻格式為MKV、MOV或MP4；靜態圖文格式為PDF；多媒體網頁作品提交網址，無需提交源代碼。
（2）圖文報道作品要求：
要求為圖文緊密結合的新聞作品，適合新媒體推送👩🏽🏫。要求提交圖文作品鏈接及PDF🚶♂️➡️，如果鏈接內圖片有壓縮，則請附上原圖，圖片和文字均須為原創。
4、互動類
主要H5、場景互動程序等作品⛑️。
（1）線上互動類作品要求：
創作平臺由創作者自由選擇🏃🏻♂️➡️，可使用第三方製作平臺，亦可自己編碼。作品分辨率要適合手機屏幕尺寸，即默認頁面寬度640px👮🏿♀️，高度可以為1008px、1030px🫸🏼🔞，頁數不多於15頁。作品需提交作品發布後的鏈接及二維碼⇒🤏🏿。
（2）場景互動類作品要求：
以 H5 文件形式加以演示說明♨️，並提交作品鏈接。
參賽須知🛁：
1🦇、參賽作品所含素材內容及主題思想必須積極向上，不得含有或隱含或影射反動言辭論調等違規、違法內容。
2👃🏿、參賽者所提交的參賽作品所包含的內容不存在任何版權糾紛，不構成對其它任何第三方權利的侵犯，如因此產生的侵權或其它糾紛，參賽者應當自行全面解決並承擔全部責任。
3、報送的每一件作品必須提供作品電子文件和電子版參賽作品報名表💆🏿♂️，並以附件形式發送至組委會郵箱👎🏽，附件命名格式為“命題-作品類別-參賽人-作品名稱”，如：“‘紅色基因’單元-平面類-張三-《初心》”🪑。
4、集體創作的作品作者最多不得超過 5 人，並在報名表作者信息一欄填寫第一作者信息🕌🦵🏼，其他作者姓名填入團隊成員一欄。
5、為保證大賽公平，作品展示部分不得出現院校、科系👨🏿💻、姓名或其他特殊標記👩🏽🚒🤾🏼♀️。
6、作品應為2021年9月1日後創作的作品。
7🧔🏽、所有遞交作品不予退還，請參賽者自留備份。
8、所有參賽作品均須嚴格遵循上述全部要求，否則視為無效作品。

The Fourth “Cup of Excellence” Intellectual Media Works Competition Call for papers
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, big data and other technology applications, intellectual media has gradually become the infrastructure and operating system of society. The intellectual media also provides a stage for young students majoring in journalism and communication to exploit their talents. The School of Journalism and Communication of Shanghai University (SJC) continues to work together with The Paper and Cover News to create the 4th Shanghai International College Students’ Intellectual Media Festival. At the same time, relying on the platform of the “Cup of Excellence” intellectual media works competition, the SJC spares no effort to stimulate the students’ enthusiasm for participating in innovation and practice in the field of intellectual media. In order to create conditions, atmosphere and platform for cultivating outstanding talents of journalism and communication in the new era.
On the occasion of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC）in 2022, we are sincerely hoping that the young students can pursue their dreams and write the grand chapter of the new era all together. Therefore, the 4th “Cup of Excellence” Intellectual Media Works Competition will take the ‘Honor Youth and Shine a New Era’ as the theme, and focus on four different topics, which are: Red Story, Power of Era, Seeds of Youth, and Imprint of Life. It will widely collect audio, video, graphic, documentary coverage, interactive news and other convergence media works from college students at home and abroad. We hope to record social development, gather the power of youth, and exert the most powerful voice of the time, as well as to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China and to dedicate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
We expect you to record the development of this era, and telling the stories that have moved you.

Participants:
full-time undergraduate, graduate and international students of colleges and universities nationwide
Theme:
The entries must be created in accordance with the theme designated by the competition organizing committee. The competition has four topics: Red Story, Power of Era, Seeds of Youth, and Imprint of Life.
Red Story: Shanghai is the birthplace of the Party. The tradition of red culture is deeply integrated into the city’s blood. It is the place where the New Culture Movement and the early workers’ movement was undertaken. Inherit the tradition of red culture, we come together to trace the red memories and tell the story of Shanghai.
Power of Era: A hundred years of trials and hardship, a century of great changes. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, radical changes have taken place in China. Whether in the city or countryside, whether in the South or North, our life is getting better and better. In such an era, we can break through any difficulties, and we can always be full of hope. Please record and show the development and changes of the motherland, society, hometown, groups and individuals in the new era. Let us feel the vigorous power of the era together.
Seeds of Youth: Youth is a seed. Its small body can withstand the grinding of winter. Its stem can withstand the pressure of huge boulders. Because it knows that as long as it accumulates strength, it will finally break through the soil, grow in the sunshine, and beautifully bloom in the upcoming spring. With the youth stories and the force of example around, we pass on our dreams of youth together. Maybe you are the protagonist of the youth story, please bring your own dream to follow your footprints.
Imprint of life: Life is the most precious gift in the world. Every minute, every second will leave one’s own life imprint. In these deep and shallow imprints, there are not only magnificent chapters of life but also life stories of ordinary people. Let’s feel and touch the imprint of life together.
Categories of works:
1、Graphic works
Mainly in the form of posters, cartoons, photography, and others.
(1) The specification and size of poster works are not limited; the resolution is 300dpi; work format: JPEG, PNG, JPG, GIF.
(2) The photographic works must be digital pictures; picture format is JPEG, PNG, JPG; picture file should be no less than 2M; group photos should be within 4 to 8 pieces.
2💏、Audio and video works
Mainly in the form of animation works, short video works and radio works.
(1) Animation work requirements:
All creation method and production software are permitted; works should less than 3 minutes; the series of works should not exceed 3 pieces; the work should be uploaded in SWF or FLV.
(2) Short video work requirements:
The work should be a short documentary video (form 1 minute 30 seconds to 8 minutes); both horizontal and vertical screen formats are supported; all kinds of filming tools and production software are permitted, and the video size is not limited. The video quality must be 360P or above, file size must not exceed 4G; the work should be uploaded in MP4, MOV, or MKV format.
(3) Sound work requirements:
Sound work should be no more than 3 minutes and submitted in MP3 format.
3、Report works
Mainly in the form of data journalism work and graphic report work.
(1) Data journalism work requirements:
It can be in the form of pictures, videos or web pages, etc. The main content must be mined from the data and be driven by data. The image format is JPG, GIF, or PNG; video definition must not be less than 360P, the video format is MKV, MOV, or MP4; the static graphic format is PDF; multimedia web page works submitted URL; there is no need to submit source code.
(2) Graphic report requirements:
The graphics and text of the news work should have a close combination, which is suitable for being presented by new media. It is required to submit the graphic work with link and PDF format. If the image in the link is compressed, please attach the original image, both the image and the text must be original.
4、Interactive works
Mainly in the form of H5, scene interactive programs, and other works.
(1) Online interactive work requirements:
The platform is freely chosen by the creator, who can use a third-party production platform or code by the creator himself/herself. The resolution ratio of the work should be suitable for mobile phone screen size, i.e., the default page width is 640px, the height can be 1008px and 1030px; the number of pages should not be more than 15. The work should be submitted with a link and QR code after it is released.
(2) Scene interactive work requirements:
Demonstrate it as an H5 file and submit a link to your work.
Entry Instructions:
1. The content and theme of entries must be positive and must not contain, imply, or insinuate reactionary rhetoric or illegal content.
2. The content of the entries submitted by the participants should not have any copyright disputes and should not constitute an infringement of the rights of any other third party. If any infringement or other disputes arise, as a result, participants should solve the problem by themselves and take full responsibility.
3. Each work submitted must provide electronic files of the work and an electronic version of the entry form, and send it by email to the organizing committee in the form of an attachment named “theme - category of work - participant - the name of work”, such as: “Red Story - Graphic work - Zhang San - Original Aspiration”.
4. The maximum number of authors of collective works should not exceed 5 participants per group, and the first author information should be filled in the column of author information in the entry form, and the names of other authors should be filled in the column of group members.
5. To ensure the fairness of the competition, no institution, department, name, or other special marks are allowed to appear in the work.
6. The work should be created after September 1, 2021.
7. All submitted works will not be returned, please keep your own backup.
8. All entries must strictly follow all the above requirements, otherwise, they are considered invalid.

Participants must fill in the registration form and send it with the works to the organizing committee before 24:00 on October 18, 2022 in the name of schools or individuals.
